NASH FAYAD

Nash Joseph Fayad es el fundador y presidente de Fayad Law P.C. Nació el 02 de junio de 1966 en Líbano, siendo el mayor de tres hijos. En 1988, el Sr. Fayad migró a los Estados Unidos.

En 2004 Nash Fayad fundó Fayad Law P.C., un bufete de abogados de inmigración de servicio completo dedicado a la protección de los derechos de los inmigrantes, y para promover la causa de los derechos humanos de todas las personas que ingresan a los Estados Unidos en busca de libertad después de la persecución y de mejores oportunidades para ellos y sus familias.

Aida Farahani

Aida Farahani graduated from George Mason University before earning her law degree from George Mason University (Scalia) School of Law. During law school, she interned in the private sector as well as the Executive Office of Immigration Review (DOJ) and Arlington Circuit Court. She has since devoted her career to immigration, helping thousands of immigrants from different nations obtain immigration status in the United States.

Aida Farahani started her legal career from working at private practice representing clients before immigration courts, Board of Appeals, and USCIS. In 2018, Aida joined the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) as Pro Bono Attorney Coordinator helping underserved families detained in immigration custody. She also served as resource attorney for her team.

Scott Caslow

Scott Caslow obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with a double major in Foreign Affairs and French Language. He then attended the University of Richmond School of Law where he took on several internships and clinics in a diverse array of fields including with the Federal Trade Commission, the Richmond International Business Clinic, and several private litigation firms. Scott’s fascination with international affairs began at 10 years old when he and his family moved to the south of France for a time. He has had a lifelong love of learning new languages and about new cultures ever since.

Dariel Cancel

Dariel Cancel is the head of the EOIR Division at Fayad Law, P.C. He has extensive experience advocating for individuals in removal proceedings in immigration courts across the United States including Florida, Pennsylvania, California, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, New York, Maryland, and Virginia. He has secured numerous successful outcomes for clients seeking asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, reopening of proceedings, custody redeterminations, and adjustment of status in court.
